Adult Water Exercise classes are offered throughout the year with a variety of levels for all abilities. Programs are offered Monday through Fridays AM-10:30-11:15am or Monday through Thursday PM- 6:15-7:00pm. Each day and time is considered a separate program. Purchase one 8 week program for $30.00 or try the Gold Fitness Pass for $100 to allow you to take any/every class in a given session (plus you get a free "Commit to be Fit" T-Shirt).
Bring a friend or drop into a class for a $5 fee.
The benefits of water exercise are endless...We program for all ages and abilities.

Low Impact Classes- Water Walking, Low Impact Aerobics
Mid- Range Impact Classes- Aqua Aerobics
High Energy/Cardio Classes- Muscle Building, Aqua Zumba
